The event of CAREER PLANING AWARENESS SESSION was held on 12/29/2023 by SSGS DEGREE COLLEGE, GUNTAKAL at SSGS Degree College, Guntakal. The recent CAREER PLANNING AWARENESS SESSION organized by SSGS Degree College was a valuable opportunity for students of Inter Second year studying at SSGS Junior College Guntakal. The session was led by Dr. A CHANDRA SEKHAR, Dr. R VARAPRASAD, and Dr. P GOPI, who shared their insights and experience with the students.
The session aimed to help students understand the importance of career planning, and how to go about it. The speakers emphasized the need for a student-centered approach, where students are encouraged to identify their interests, strengths and weaknesses, and align them with their career goals. They also highlighted the importance of a holistic approach to education, where students are encouraged to develop not just their academic skills but also their overall personality and soft skills.
The speakers also stressed on the need for employability, and how students can prepare themselves for the job market. They encouraged students to explore various career options available to them and to keep themselves updated with the latest trends and technologies in their field of interest. The session ended with a Q&A session, where the students had the opportunity to clarify their doubts and seek guidance from the experts.
Overall, the CAREER PLANNING AWARENESS SESSION was an informative and engaging event that helped students gain valuable insights into career planning, employability, and overall personality development. Around 142 students along with Dr A CHANDRA SEKHAR, Dr R VARAPRASAD, Dr P GOPI and 12 faculty members participated in the event.
